Dear Lord,
I just want to say thank you for everything. I do not only want to thank you for the good times, but also the bad times because they have helped me build character and move towards being the man that you want me to be. Lord I want to thank you for all my family and friends. You knew what you were doing when you put all of them in my life whether it is for the long haul or for a season. They have been very instrumental in my development and growth. Lord I just want to thank you for your mercy. I give you all the praise and glory. Lord you said you would never leave me nor forsake me. I am just leaning on you. I am here on my knees giving you all the praise. I just want to say thank you God, Thank you! God I want you to use me not for my will but for your will. Make me a tool in your master plan.
I not only want to pray for myself but everyone around me. In spite of the challenges you face each day, the Lord will give to you enough of His grace and strength to get through victoriously! He is healing all of your hurt and pain. I just want you to let go and let God right now. Thank you for loving each of us and wanting us to experience wholeness and hope in our lives each and every day. You see when we fail to live according to your ideals and instead find ourselves down and out. You help us to be willing to accept our own responsibility in our shortcomings and help us as we ask for forgiveness and you extend forgiveness. May we never retaliate when we feel wronged, but help us to make choices that would show that we have made a commitment of love which we will keep. May we never take this commitment lightly but choose to work at our marriage, friendship, relationship, brotherhood, sisterhood, and family. May we also realize that sometimes renewal of relationships takes time. No one is perfect O God but you. I just want to lift all the praise up to you right now. I want you to look over the sick and shut in O God. Just take care of the people that cannot help themselves. Help people see and recognize their potential.
In Jesus name we pray Amen.
I love each and everyone one of you. Thank you for traveling this journey with me.
Counselor Dave
Amen!
